Your satisfaction is our priority at T Shill Catvuudl. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Return Policy

  • You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, clearance/final sale items, and opened used products unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at tshillcatvuudl@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at tshillcatvuudl@outlook.com

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at tshillcatvuudl@outlook.com
